There is a lift but there are 20 steps to do to arrive at the floor of elevator. No problem for the late check in, we will give the code to enter in autonomy.

If check out is in the morning is there any place to leave luggage until our flight in the evening?

Good morning, from FCO airport the pick up costs 50 euro or from CIA airport 45 euro. From 10pm to 6am there is an extra charge of 5 euro for the night rate.

Great stay. Would highly recommend to others. Will stay here again when visiting Rome in the future.
Great part of town and you can easily walk to some of the highlights of the city. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious as well.
The shower drain was very sharp and my husband cut his foot while in the shower.
